About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the execution of derivatives streams within a multi-year transformation program, requiring strong expertise in this area.
You will focus on end-to-end delivery with key emphasis on business outcomes, including discovery and execution. A blend of business analysis and project management skills alongside a highly commercial mindset is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Exchange Traded Derivatives stream within a large-scale transformation program.
Develop priorities, scope, scheduling, and success criteria and high-level requirements.
Identify critical path and guide execution to meet desired outcome.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify scope, milestones, and 'right size' progress measures and path to success.
You will be responsible for initiation, planning, delivery, and adept at identifying options when presented with issues.
Apart from exceptional written and verbal communication skills, experience in clearing risk, settlement or registry functions, as well as prior experience driving risk projects as an SME or Delivery lead, are highly desirable.
Essential Skills:
Strong communication, facilitation and documentation skills, ability to collaborate with stakeholders across all seniority levels, previous experience working on large programs encompassing multiple initiatives/projects, adaptable in fast-paced environments, effective problem-solving skills, team player and self-starter.
