Portfolio Strategic Partner

We're seeking a seasoned Portfolio Business Partner to join our Networks Division. In this role, you will work closely with leaders, Program and Project Managers to drive the strategic direction of the business.

About the Role

You will shape the delivery roadmap and priorities while fostering continuous improvement and a strong culture of agility, simplicity, and reliability.

  • Support the successful delivery of annual AOP programs by influencing, governing, monitoring, and tracking the progress and schedules of the Networks portfolio.
  • Ensure robust delivery execution across the assigned Networks Division portfolio, acting as a trusted business partner and providing reliable portfolio delivery advice.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent in Business, IT, Engineering, or other aligned field.
  • Extensive experience leading a portfolio of programs, ideally within the IT/Telecommunications sector.
  • Years as a Program Manager and/or Project Manager delivering large programs and projects.
  • Demonstrated success in directly managing large, complex programs.
  • Proven track record in successfully leading a delivery team in a matrix reporting environment.
