**About the Role**
The purpose of this role is to assist the Site Manager and other stakeholders in the provision of all administrative duties to ensure office processes run efficiently and effectively.
Duties will include:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of office activities in an accurate and timely manner
- Assessing and providing all incoming and outgoing documentation relevant to all docketing and invoicing as required by transport operators/contractors and/or customers
- Administer all EFI office processes and provide full clerical support to the Site Manager and all stakeholders as required, in an accurate and timely manner to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
- Banking and reconciliation activities
- Maintain the relevant database/s with all invoices and dockets and provide these to management as required for recording and statistical purposes
**What you will bring to the role**
- Proven organisational skills in a similar and varied administration role
- The ability to multi-task while working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service/retail skills
- Strong communication skills; you have a friendly and welcoming approach
- Intermediate to advanced IT skills across Microsoft Office suite
- Invoicing and purchase order experience
