**Ventia currently have an opportunity for an EAS Support Desk Team Lead to join our team on a full-time basis at our Heatherton location.**
**The Role**
The EAS Support Desk Team** **Lead will be responsible for various tasks including overseeing all operations in the inbound help desk including OAMIS calls, Service Requests, MAC Request, Messaging Device Liability Assessments in accordance with end user requirements, contractual obligations/KPI's and project goals.

- Strong leadership skills - with proven experience of previously leading a team
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Excellent collaborative skills
- An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment
- Be action orientated and have the confidence to advocate change is required
- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
- 5+ Years' experience in a similar role
