Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Specialist to join the Digital team, part of our dynamic Product and Innovation team in the Sydney office.
Our team focuses on the delivery of customised payment solutions and comprehensive consulting support to support our customers in enabling seamless and innovative solutions for the optimal payment experience. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with various internal stakeholders, such as Technical Program Managers, UX designers, and sales professionals to deliver digital payment transformation.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as a key member of the Digital team, supporting efforts in developing and driving strategic business plans, product roadmaps and go to market for Digital product.
- Create and review sales presentations, proposals, and internal business cases.
- Collaborate with a variety of internal Mastercard teams including sales, marketing, legal, delivery, technical teams, and others to deliver our go to market strategy.
- Communicate new information, industry trends, best practices, and market insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage elements of projects as well as track progress and report on project plans.
- Support development of sales strategy and objectives, and provides training, material development, and product expertise for sales and RFP support.
- Support stakeholder technical discussions across technical stack, interfaces, and associated data flows
- Track and report on the status of project plans.
- Research industry best practices to enhance internal and external knowledge documents.
- Contribute insights that may influence sales strategy and assist in the development of training materials and RFPs.
- Align with Go-To-Market plans for the feature set.

- Ability and appetite to get into technical detail.
- Experience in data manipulation and effectively communicating observations and findings.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
- Professional experience in financial services, cards, payments, or related fields is a plus.
