About the Role
This exciting opportunity seeks a Strategic Product Solutions Specialist to drive messaging and positioning, outbound marketing, and sales enablement for our global solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will execute marketing activities that propel our growth forward, particularly in the APJ region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop local GTM strategies for payroll, HCM solutions, and other products; craft compelling localized messaging for customers, prospects, and analysts
- Maintain in-depth product roadmaps and market insights, ensuring alignment with customer needs and feedback
- Communicate the value proposition of global products to the sales team, developing sales tools that support the selling process
- Create high-impact marketing and sales collateral, thought leadership pieces, and differentiated content tailored to global and regional audiences
- Support integrated marketing/demand generation efforts, collaborating on the creation and delivery of compelling campaigns
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor intelligence, serving as an expert on buyers, their behavior, and buying criteria
- Partner with global payroll partners worldwide to drive success
- Ensure timely and budget-efficient delivery of solution marketing and marketing assets
- Project manage projects from beginning to end, guaranteeing they meet target objectives
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of product/solutions/services/enablement marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA)
- Payroll and/or HR software knowledge and marketing experience preferred
