We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Specialist – Indigenous Inclusion and Capability to join our People, Culture & Organisational Capability team.Why Gold Fields?

You'll work closely with our people and partner with Community teams to connect with Traditional Owners and local communities—creating culturally safe spaces and meaningful employment pathways.Key responsibilitiesLead Indigenous Inclusion Strategies – Design and deliver programs that attract, retain, and support Indigenous talentPromote Cultural Awareness – Facilitate training and embed Indigenous perspectives into policies and practicesPartner Across the Business – Work closely with internal teams and leaders to embed inclusion into everyday practicesSupport Leadership Development – Create opportunities for Indigenous employees to grow into leadership rolesTrack Progress and Ensure Compliance – Monitor outcomes and ensure alignment with legal, cultural, and native title obligationsWhat You\'ll BringExperience developing and delivering programs that create real impact, especially in inclusion, capability building, or employee engagementStrong connections to Indigenous communities, cultural knowledge, or lived experience that informs your approach and builds trustPractical experience working in mining, community engagement, or inclusion-focused rolesA strong ability to connect, build relationships, and foster respectA genuine commitment to creating spaces where Indigenous voices are heard, valued, and empoweredFormal qualifications in Indigenous Studies, Social Sciences, Human Resources, or related fields are valued but not essentialWhat We OfferLife-Friendly Roster – 9-day fortnight to support balance and wellbeingCultural and Family Leave – 1 week paid + 1 week unpaid cultural leave, 5 weeks annual leave, 18 weeks parental leave, and long service leave after 5 yearsFlexible Work Options – Hybrid arrangements to suit your lifestyleFinancial Support – Up to $6,000 Private Health Insurance Allowance, Annual Bonus and Long-Term Incentive SchemeSupportive Team Culture – Work with a global network of People professionals who value learning, sharing, and growing togetherReady to Make a Difference?
