This role plays a crucial part in our commitment to creating meaningful pathways for Indigenous employment, leadership, and cultural inclusion across Australian operations.

About the Role

We are strengthening how we work together by building trust, accountability, and excellence across sites and teams. This position offers the chance to make a real difference by supporting Indigenous voices, strengthening cultural knowledge, and helping shape a workplace where everyone belongs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver programs that attract, retain, and support Indigenous talent.
  • Facilitate training and embed Indigenous perspectives into policies and practices.
  • Partner closely with internal teams and leaders to embed inclusion into everyday practices.
  • Create opportunities for Indigenous employees to grow into leadership roles.
  • Monitor outcomes and ensure alignment with legal, cultural, and native title obligations.

We operate globally diversified gold mines in Australia, South Africa, Ghana, Peru, Canada, and Chile. Our four Australian mines – Agnew, St Ives, Granny Smith, and Gruyere – are located in the Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia.
