We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Indigenous Inclusion Specialist to lead our efforts in creating a more inclusive and respectful workplace.

About the Role
  • Design and deliver programs that attract, retain, and support Indigenous talent, promoting diversity and inclusion across our organization.
  • Promote Cultural Awareness by facilitating training and embedding Indigenous perspectives into policies and practices, ensuring a culturally safe environment for all employees.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement initiatives that drive Indigenous inclusion, focusing on employee engagement, retention, and career development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to embed inclusion into everyday practices, fostering a culture of respect and understanding.
  • Monitor progress and ensure compliance with legal, cultural, and native title obligations, maintaining a high level of accountability.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing and delivering programs that create real impact, particularly in inclusion, capability building, or employee engagement.
  • Strong understanding of Indigenous cultures, histories, and current issues, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a work context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, stakeholders, and community partners.
