The Project Delivery Role

This is a key role in our strategy to transform and improve the lives of Australians every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Project Delivery: Engage in the delivery of development and infrastructure projects from feasibility through to construction and handover.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients, councils, government authorities, consultants, and contractors.
  • Financial and Commercial Management: Manage project financial performance including forecasting, resource planning, reporting, and commercial risk.
  • Business Development: Participate in business development, proposal preparation, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary development and infrastructure projects within Tasmania and other states.
Requirements
  • Project Management Expertise: Strong project management capability in either engineering, construction or property development.
  • Technical Knowledge: Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical information effectively.
  • Financial Acumen: Financial and commercial acumen with an understanding of project profitability and cost control.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and client presentations.
  • Organisational Skills: Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Leadership and Team Coordination: Strong leadership, mentoring, and team coordination skills.
