**The Company**
Edutemps has collaborated with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) based in Newcastle, NSW, which has been in operation for 30 years all over Australia. This exciting organisation is filled with values-based individuals, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, empathy, integrity, and respect.

**The Role**
As an RTO Operations Assistant, you are responsible for the efficient functioning of student enrolment processing and administration support of the RTO.

This is a full-time permanent position, located in Newcastle.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Processing course enrolments for students
- Provide support and answer student enquiries
- General office management duties
- Customer service for internal and external clients
- Participate in the promotion of teamwork.
- Contribute to productive working relationships.
- Work autonomously and as part of a team
- Organise work responsibilities with exceptional time management.
- Previous RTO experience (essential)
- Previous experience with a Student Management System (Preferably WiseNet)
- Contribute to productive working relationships.
