Why is this a great opportunity:

We have a growing Administration team and are seeking a Team Leader to join us in our journey. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and manage administrative processes, workflow and procedures to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and strict adherence to compliance across State Funding and RTO standards. To achieve this, you will work closely with our Operations Manager and with the wider team to ensure unwavering compliance and an outstanding student experience. Your proven leadership and RTO experience will be critical in managing the dynamic industry environment. If you feel, you are ready to showcase your RTO administrative and leadership ability then this is the opportunity for you

Key Tasks for the role include:

  • Develop, implement and manage administration operational procedures and processes to ensure efficiency, quality and compliance to Company and required RTO standards.

  • Manage the daily activities and work flow of the student support team.

  • Planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring compliance activities including internal audits (ASQA) in co-ordination with the Compliance Manager.

  • Lodgement of State specific AVETMISS reporting, Quarterly NCVER data and annual Quality Indicator Reporting.

  • Conduct ongoing State Funding compliance activities, such as contract applications and extensions, organisational self-assessments, contract variations and other compliance activities as requested by the various State Regulatory bodies.

  • Monitoring of the enrolment process to ensure compliance across the relevant State Funding Contracts.

  • Collating, reviewing and sharing relevant information and updates provided by the State and Federal government departments.

  • Leading the Administration team to ensure a high level of efficiency, quality and compliance.

Why you will be a good fit for the role:

  • You have a minimum 3 years' experience in a Senior role within a Registered Training Organisation.

  • You have a strong understanding of regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements in the education sector.

  • You can demonstrate proven experience with an ability to conduct internal audits to ensure funding contract compliance and incorporate findings into process improvements.

  • Your written and verbal communication skills are excellent with the ability to communicate with team members in different locations.

  • You have a proven track record in managing time effectively and prioritization, meeting deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.

  • You have excellent customer service skills .
