The OpportunityWe are currently seeking a Student Administration Assistant to join our passionate team at Rapid Training. This customer-focused, highly organised role is pivotal in ensuring our students receive exceptional support throughout their learning journey. You will play an integral part in delivering a high-quality student experience, while also supporting the RTO Manager in achieving regulatory compliance and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and administrative support to students.
- Manage student enrolments, progress tracking, and course administration.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist with student enquiries, support, and engagement.
- Provide timely and accurate assistance to the RTO Manager.
- Ensure student records meet compliance requirements under regulatory frameworks.
- Liaise with trainers/assessors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth training delivery.
- Assist with reporting, scheduling, and general administration across the business.

- Recent experience in an administration or customer service role.
- A high level of digital literacy and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Experience using Student Management Systems (SMS), CRM platforms, or similar.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information.
