Looking for a HR executive to take on opportunity to make a difference and support a leading fashion retailer as they embark on the next stage of growth.

**The Role**
You will work across a number of Industrial Relations tasks as well as work on large scale projects that will contribute to the evolution of the companies people function.
- Reevaluate, update and roll out company policies, procedures and processes
- Develop & Implement HR plans
- Create and implement performance management material, process and training on best practice in line with Fair Work guidelines
- Provide leadership, counsel and best practice information in areas of employee relations, performance management, grievances, and compliance (Retail Award)
- Oversee the ongoing management and administration of the HR databases and systems
- Support the Head of People and Culture to prepare reporting, communication and initiatives

**Who you are**

This role is suited to someone who has significant experience in HR, preferably in the retail industry.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- 2+ years experience with a proven track record and extensive experience in a similar role
- Extensive experience with and knowledge of the Fair Work Act/Australian Legislation
- Represent & resonate brand values & culture
- Strong generalist experience across all areas of HR (workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, reward, talent management, disciplinary and grievance etc.)
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
