Growing quietly and consistently since 1989, this NFP was formed with the purpose of providing personalised services, community connections, education and support for older people and their families.

This organisation understands the importance of their support workers. It's a great place to work for the trained staff who are employed in various areas. The problem is it's not always easy to ensure there are sufficient numbers of them ready, willing and able to step into the roles that open up through the year.

So, what we're looking for is a very special and strategic HR generalist. Working independently - with two direct reports - but reporting to the Executive Director as a valued member of the Leadership team, you will draw on your experience to fulfil all the responsibilities you would expect in a role of this type.

You will of course have all the appropriate qualifications and tactical experience in workforce planning, IR issues, negotiation, risk, management support and more. This could be in any industry that demands absolute reliability from an army of part-time workers and a consistent pipeline that feeds in new talent. Hopefully you have experience in a comparable role - perhaps even in aged care - but that's certainly not vital.
