**The Role**
Genus Industrial is seeking a Construction Manager to join Genus Industrial for a new project working a 2:1 roster.
- Collaborate with engineers, specialists, contractors, and labourers, and coordinate their schedules
- Attend coordination and progress meetings; make regular trips to sites during construction including bid walks, preconstruction walks, in-progress site visits, punch walks, and construction closeout
- Conduct and document quality assurance and safety inspections throughout the construction process
- Maintain and update SOW and preconstruction documents, and monitor contract obligations with a goal of building relationships with reliable contractors and vendors.
- Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other project disruptions.

**Essential Skills / Qualifications/Experience**:

- Trade and or Engineering Certificate preferably in the Electrical industry.
- S26 Qualified
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in managing high performance teams.
- Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety.
- Valid Driver's License
- OHS Construction Induction Card
- High level customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
