We have an excellent opportunity for a suitably experienced commercial construction Site Manager to join our team.  If you want to work for a company where you are valued and rewarded for your contribution this might just be the position you have been looking for.

We are looking for a Site Manager with:

  • Commercial construction experience on projects up to $50M
  • Strong commitment to safety
  • Strong structures experience (highly desirable but not essential)
  • Education industry experience (highly desirable but not essential)
  • Strong leadership/ management skills (communication)
  • Ability to plan future works (2-4 week look-ahead)
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Ability to set-out, monitor/ supervise trades
  • Ability to prioritise under pressure

To be considered for this position you will be required to have or be:

  • Trade qualified (Carpenter desirable)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position with a mid-tier builder
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and electronic)
  • Strong attention to detail (quality)
  • Valid drivers license
  • Right to work in Australia
