**Your new role**

As the construction manager, you will be responsible for,
- Overall accountability for the HSE, cost, schedule and quality of the construction execution packages, including inspections, conformance and compliance testing, handover to operations for assets installed by the Capital Projects program.
- Develop construction documentation and manage and coordinate the construction effort for all works
- Manages assigned projects and the implementation of contractors and vendors involved to ensure that the projects are completed safely, meet quality requirements, on schedule, within budget and delivered to project requirements.
- Drives Budget and schedule and the overall delivery of the construction packages.
- Overseeing all construction operations on site, leading the site works through its various stages from commencement to commissioning and handover.
- Review site plans to ensure relevance to the project as construction work is progressed through to completion

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Diploma in Construction Field/Project Management (preferred) or Qualified Professional Trade Skilled in an SMP Background
- Extensive years experience in the construction field.
- Previous experience as a Construction Manager or Superintendent Role
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Knowledge of current construction and mining industry safety legislation and standards
