**About the Role**
As Service Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our busy Service Department, leading a dedicated team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff. You will be responsible for driving service excellence, ensuring smooth workflow, and delivering on both customer satisfaction and business performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, coach, and develop the service team to achieve departmental goals.
- Ensure an exceptional customer journey, from booking to vehicle handover.
- Manage workshop capacity, efficiency, and productivity.
- Drive CSI results and build long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and reporting.
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer and company standards.
