Are you an experienced automotive leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? Volvo Cars Brighton is seeking a highly motivated and professional Service Manager to lead our Service Department and ensure our valued customers continue to receive the premium care they expect from the Volvo brand.

About the Role

As Service Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our busy Service Department, leading a dedicated team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff. You will be responsible for driving service excellence, ensuring smooth workflow, and delivering on both customer satisfaction and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead, coach, and develop the service team to achieve departmental goals.
  2. Ensure an exceptional customer journey, from booking to vehicle handover.
  3. Manage workshop capacity, efficiency, and productivity.
  4. Drive CSI results and build long-term customer relationships.
  5. Monitor financial performance, budgets, and reporting.
  6. Maintain compliance with manufacturer and company standards.

About You

  1. Proven experience in an automotive Service Manager.
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
  3. Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
  4. Sound understanding of workshop operations and KPI management.
  5. Ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  6. Organised, proactive, and results-driven.
