To support the City of Perth's ambitious transformation plan, we are seeking a Business Process Improvement Officer to assist in developing and mapping organisational processes for corporate process mapping to support corporate change with a focus on opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

Reporting to the Planning and Project Management Office Lead, this position will support the City by:

- Collaborating with process owners to assist in the development of documented processes and related work instructions within the City's processing mapping software (Promapp).
- Supporting the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employees understanding of corporate processes and process mapping.
- Undertaking research and preparing reports for Council and the Executive Leadership Team as required.
- Maintaining the database of work instructions/procedures across the organisation, ensuring compliance with relevant Council and Corporate policies.
