Operations Specialist

An exciting opportunity has become available for a seasoned business analyst to join our team based in Welshpool, Perth. The role is responsible for reviewing and improving business processes and procedures, including systems to optimize operations.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Participating in or leading projects to develop change to current systems and processes
  • Working with and communicating to internal and external customers to achieve key business objectives
  • Performing and participating in audits and reviews of existing processes or documentation to ensure appropriate standards and rules are applied
  • Validating and completing accurate and timely reporting
  • Identifying risks and opportunities within key processes in the area/department and sharing findings with management

Key skills and qualifications required for this role include:

  • Knowledge and experience in data analysis, PowerBI, VBA, Microsoft Office, and coding language
  • A high level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
