**About the role**

The Performance Manager plays a key role in overseeing and optimising the performance of the Insurance & Enterprise Technology function. This role focuses on performance reporting, insights, governance, and continuous improvement, ensuring the function operates effectively and delivers value to stakeholders, customers, and shareholders.

**What you'll do**
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Insurance & Enterprise Technology against KPIs, FTE, and budget targets
- Identify performance gaps and risks, developing actionable plans for resolution
- Provide senior leadership with regular performance reports and insights, highlighting trends, risks, and areas for improvement
- Facilitate workshops to address challenges and develop performance improvement strategies
- Review, discuss, and escalate performance data related to contractual, financial, customer, and operational aspects of the domain
- Manage the impact of obligations to SML/ANZ on Insurance Tech operations

**What you'll bring**
- 5+ years of experience in finance, risk, management consulting, or technology
- Deep expertise in financial management, portfolio, and operational reporting
- Strategic thinker with the ability to advise and influence senior management on key issues
- Experience with operational and financial forecasting, cost modelling, and analysis
- Proficient in portfolio project tools and reporting (Excel, SQL, BI)
- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver presentations for senior leadership
