Transdev John Holland Buses is seeking a skilled and data-driven Performance Manager to provide in depth and accurate business metrics to various internal and external stakeholders so as to ensure THJB meets its contractual and financial objectives.
- Reporting to the Network Planning Manager and located at Waverley depot this role will also manage a small but dynamic team, who work together with Service Delivery (Operations) to ensure the ongoing financial viability of the business and driving continuous improvement and change.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team to create a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement performance dashboards and reporting systems, using tools such as PowerBI.
- Provide in-depth analysis and insights to stakeholders, supporting business decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the delivery of periodic and ad-hoc reporting to key stakeholders, including Transport for NSW.
- Manage business improvement projects, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support the attribution process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting on performance metrics.

**About You**:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar management role, preferably in public transport, logistics, or a related service industry.
- Strong experience with performance reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI) and analytical software.
- Proven track record of delivering business improvement projects.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in developing professional capabilities within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data to diverse audiences.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to identify and implement performance improvements.
- Experience working with Enterprise Agreements and Fatigue Management Legislation is highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering, business management, or a related discipline are desirable.
