As an IT Performance Manager, you will measure, report and analyse the performance and control level of the IT services in line with the agreed service levels and within the internal and external boundaries (i.e., policies and regulations). You will also advise on structural improvements to enhance maturity and performance and support IT managers and employees with the implementation of the improvements advised.

In your first few weeks in this IT Performance Manager role, you can expect to:

- Support the IT Management team during the IT strategy definition process for IT Service Management
- Ensure that strategic goals and objectives are SMART and make sure that they are measured and reported on
- Support product owners in onboarding their systems
- Stay current with developments in external regulations and internal policies and trigger discussion/actions to ensure compliance.
- A relevant university degree or equivalent experience
- ITIL certification or equivalent
- Experience using and working with Snow
- Knowledge of financial or clearing businesses and partners, securities instruments, and business processes.
