Reporting to the **New Machines Mining Manager,** the **Administrator - Service Operations **plays an integral part in supporting our New Machines Mining branch across a wide range of administrative and customer facing tasks.

In this crucial role, you will support our Customer Coordinators in warranty work orders from creation through to monitoring the order, submitting warranty claims and invoicing of the work orders. This is a role that handles a high volume of tasks and requires attention to detail.

**Location**: South Guildford.

**Roster**:This is a 6-month fixed-term role. 5/2 Monday - Friday.

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Experience in warranties is highly regarded
- Professional level of computer literacy and data entry skills
- Effective communication skills including active listening, asking appropriate questions, clarifying the issues, and expressing oneself clearly
- Customer service orientation
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Adaptability including the ability to perform efficiently in different environments and with diverse tasks and people
