Job Description Summary

An exciting Opportunity has arisen for a Project Administrator to join ServiceStream in our Welshpool office.
About the Role

ServiceStream's Telecommunications division are currently seeking a Project Administrator to join our growing company. This role is responsible for the on-going administration of project activities within the NBN OMMA contract - ensuring processes are followed, relevant documents are communicated, and completion activities are fulfilled.

Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Welshpool, WA

Reporting Line: State Manager - WA

Key Responsibilities

The Project Administrator plays a key role in the project administration function - ensuring that internal and external contractors are scheduled with scopes in a timeley manner.- Process activities in priority of project completion order Work- Work with the Regional and National teams to maintain databases relating to activities in your project area- Ensure all changes to projects are captured and communicated to the relevant stakeholders Work with the Service Stream Regional teams in building on information accuracy and quality.- Provide administrative support to State Manager with regards to general office admin- Using problem solving tools to determine root causes and suggest solutions from various perspectives of data to make decisions- Ensuring the processes are continuously being improved and optimised

About You- Experience with database systems- Proficiency in MS Office Suite- Experience in stakeholder management- Sharp attention to detail and giving priority to assigned tasks- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work autonomously when required
