About the Role
Work alongside asupportive Senior Property Managerand gain hands-on experience across every aspect of property management.
No two days will be the same
Full training & supportprovided every step of the way
Work within ahigh-performing teamthat goes above and beyond for owners & tenants
Learn theend-to-end property management processand fast-track your career
Assist with administration, invoicing, and property file management
Manage tenant & owner enquiries with professionalism and care
Conductroutine inspections,PCRs& host home opens
Support the Senior Property Manager with day-to-day portfolio tasks
Skills & Experience To be successful, you'll bring:
Some experience inreal estate or property management(leasing, inspections, reception, or admin all considered)
AWA Property Registration— advantageous, butnot essential
Exceptional communication skills and aprofessional presentation
A passion forpeople, property, and problem-solving
Strong organisational skills and atech-savvy mindset
