Commercial Property Portfolio Director

A unique opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of a growing portfolio and play a key role in the future direction of commercial property management.
- Manage a diverse range of commercial properties.
- Act as primary liaison between tenants, landlords and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate lease administration, renewals, negotiations, repairs, maintenance and contractor coordination.
- Oversee financial performance, including budget management, arrears and monthly financial reporting.
- Pursue business development opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.
- Collaborate with team members to develop systems and processes.
- Assist in mentoring junior staff and leading the property management team.
- To be considered for this role, you must have at least 5 years experience managing your own commercial portfolio and hold a current real estate registration.
- You will ideally have experience providing leadership to a team and a solid understanding of commercial property management principles.
- You must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
