As a seasoned industrial property professional, you will oversee a portfolio of commercial properties and manage relationships with multinational and international tenants.

The Role
  • Manage your own portfolio while leading and mentoring junior property managers to drive business growth and development.
  • Establish and maintain strong tenant relationships through effective engagement, retention, and service delivery strategies.
  • Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, and resolve arrears in a timely and professional manner.
  • Take ownership of all facilities and asset management duties, including compliance, contractor management, and maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and safety obligations are met, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Utilize Cirrus8 software to streamline property workflows, budgeting, invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting processes.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial or industrial property management.
  • Proficiency with Cirrus8 software and willingness to learn and champion its use.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a confident, solutions-focused approach.
  • Sound understanding of lease administration, property legislation, and trust accounting principles.
  • Experience in facilities management and contractor coordination, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • High attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Current PM registration, police clearance, WA driver's license, and own vehicle.
