The role of Senior Commercial Property Manager is a key position within our organization, responsible for the management of high-value commercial assets.

Job Overview
  • Manage a significant portfolio of high-value commercial properties
  • Deliver comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to stakeholders
  • Oversight of maintenance, compliance, and capital works projects
  • Lead lease negotiations, rent reviews, and renewals with clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team leadership and strategic planning

This position plays a critical role in maintaining strong relationships with tenants and clients, delivering top-tier property performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Effective management of commercial properties, including rent collection, property inspections, and repairs
  2. Developing and implementing strategies to maximize property value and tenant satisfaction
  3. Liaising with clients to resolve issues and concerns
  4. Coordinating maintenance and capital works projects to ensure timely completion
  5. Preparing and presenting financial reports to stakeholders
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial property management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
