Assistant Commercial Property Manager | Cirrus8 | Step Up Opportunity: We're recruiting for a well-regarded property group looking to bring on a Junior or Assistant Commercial Property Manager to support the management of a growing portfolio of office, retail, and industrial assets.
This is an ideal step-up for someone with at least 1+ year of experience in commercial or mixed-use property management, ready to grow their career with mentoring and support.
About the Role: Assist in managing a diverse portfolio Support with lease administration, inspections, rent reviews, and arrears Liaise with tenants, owners, and contractors Exposure to a wide variety of asset types Hands-on training and mentoring provided What We're Looking For: Minimum 1+ year in a commercial property support role Confident communicator with good organisational skills Familiarity with Cirrus8 (essential) Eagerness to learn and progress in a commercial portfolio What's On Offer: Salary circa $70 K–$85 K + super Genuine progression opportunities Stable, friendly team with long-term growth Be mentored by experienced commercial leaders Perfect for someone ready to take the next step in their commercial PM career.
