**About the Position**:
Tooth Booth Chermside is searching for an enthusiastic and patient focused Practice Coordinator to join the team on a Full Time basis. This is a great opportunity for a receptionist to step up into a 2IC role and really help with the day to day running of the practice. There will be ongoing training and support from our Cluster Manager.

Our Dentists and team are patient focused to ensure the highest quality treatments and patient centered care are provided every time.

**At it's core, this role is about**:

- Delivering exceptional care - patients always come first, especially when we are working with children
- Proactively helping keep us running - working closely with practitioners and the wider practice team to make sure things are running smoothly
- Social Media management
- Maintaining high standards of infection control and sterilisation;
- Patient management; answering phone enquiries, booking & confirming appointments and taking payments
- Training and orientation of new staff members

**What do you need to succeed ?**
- Experience as a Senior Dental receptionist - you may have Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting, but most importantly be capable of working closely with a team and a willingness to continue to learn
- A bright, engaging personality, with enthusiasm and commitment
- A team player. You will help us deliver the best patient care whilst working with our talented dentists delivering quality dental solutions and fantastic value
