We're seeking a seasoned
Principal Software Engineer
to drive strategic technical decisions, propel innovation, and ensure exceptional results. As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you'll shape the technical vision, foster collaboration, and empower teams to succeed.
About the Role
Lead the technical direction for the engineering team, aligning with business objectives and ensuring long-term scalability.
Promote a culture of excellence, encouraging innovation, efficiency, and quality across the organization.
Provide guidance and mentorship to engineers, serving as a technical authority and driving standards for platform decision-making.
Responsibilities
Define and document the technical roadmap, guiding the team's scaling and growth.
Cultivate a culture of innovation, fostering open communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Serve as a key stakeholder in architectural decision-making, driving solutions that enhance developer experience and operational scalability.
Advocate for advanced testing methodologies and CI/CD practices, ensuring high-quality solutions and excellent performance.
Requirements
10+ years of software development experience, including significant time in a leadership or principal role.
Deep SaaS expertise across multiple domains or problem spaces.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
