We are seeking an experienced leader to drive innovation and excellence in software engineering initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven experience scaling teams and uplifting velocity
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders
  • Experience in two or more of the following: web application development, Unix/Linux environments, distributed systems, large-scale software systems, or security software
