Job Overview

Role Description

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic AI Engineering Leader to shape the direction of our platform. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a pivotal role in building features, influencing architectural decisions, and driving the adoption of AI across our product suite.

You will operate with autonomy, tackle ambiguous problems, and design scalable solutions that cater to millions of users. You will work across the stack, from front-end experiences to distributed back-end systems, embedding AI capabilities that make our support more intelligent, proactive, and personalized.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Staff-level experience: A proven track record of operating as a Staff Engineer or in a similar leadership position, driving high-impact technical initiatives across multiple teams and products.
  • Full-Stack Mastery: Experience in at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue) and a strong back-end language (Node.js, Python, or Java).
  • Applied LLM Engineering: Hands-on, production-level experience building and deploying applications that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Advanced System Design: Deep expertise in designing and architecting complex, distributed systems.
