OverviewIn this unique opportunity at our Darra site, you will be tasked with ensuring the daily flow of work through the department to meet distribution targets.
You will work with our customers to ensure their orders are processed, received and dispatched in a timely manner.
This role offers the chance to collaborate in a high-performing team to provide high-level support to drive distribution efficiency and service performance.ResponsibilitiesEnsure all picking and packing orders are processed and the delivery paperwork is correct for the couriersConnect with transport carriers to ensure agreed delivery timeslots with customers are metReview goods return processes and identify opportunities to streamline the processSupport and respond to customer enquiries in relation to returns and delivery availabilityTake ownership of identifying process improvements for the warehouse management system and improve stock documentationContact customers to ensure deliveries can be made prior to delivery dates changingReport on rush orders and costings and arrange quotes on transport costs for customersOur Ideal Candidate May HaveGood interpersonal skills to build relationships and work in a team environmentExcellent problem solving and time management skillsExperience with SAP would be advantageousAn understanding of dangerous goods regulationsA background in transportation would be advantageousDon't worry if you don't have every item on this list; we are committed to supporting your development.
