**TEN Recruitment **are currently working alongside a locally owned commercial contractor to recruit for a
**Construction Manager **to join their team. Our client has an outstanding reputation having successfully delivered several projects across WA with both design & build and traditional construction across education, aged care, retail plus more..

**Your responsibilities may include**:

- Provide high quality support whilst managing the day-to-day operations of each project - Financial / Project Delivery
- Ensuring compliance with all contractual requirements.
- Provide leadership, support and mentoring to all staff.
- Project forecasting and cost control.
- Provide Management with the preparation of tenders.
- Liaise with clients and external stakeholders to come up with solutions for continuous improvement and provide regular progress reporting.
- Liaise with the Project Manager regarding claims and queries & financial outcomes.
- Provide daily support to the directors of the business.

**Essential criteria**:

- Tertiary qualifications in either Construction Management or Economics.
- 10+ years experience as Construction Manager or Project Manager within the commercial construction industry.
- Ability to lead and support more junior team members.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Hold a dedicated commitment to the overall health and safety of team members.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communications.

This roles offers a leading salary package $250k plus super & benefits, negotiable on experience.
