Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator role is responsible for overseeing a team and ensuring the effective management of human resources processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team in undertaking and/or administration of human resources processes, including workforce planning, workplace reform, recruitment and selection, and staff leave to review.
  • Review and implement approved changes to human resources services to ensure compliance with policies, directives, and legislation.
  • Analyse human resource data and provide reports on leave management, workforce planning, professional development, performance management, workplace rehabilitation, and strategic planning.
  • Advise the Principal/Leadership team on human resource management matters to support informed decision making.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong administrative skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
