Are you looking for a dynamic corporate administration role? We are seeking an organized and administrative focused individual to join our team as a Human Resource Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle and manage associated processes efficiently.
  • Provide daily operational support to the HR team on various HR and Payroll related areas.
  • Understand and accurately interpret company industrial agreements and relevant awards to create employment offers and contracts.
  • Maintain the company HRMS and ensure employee compliance with all regulations.
  • Assist with recruitment functions as required.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in a similar role would be advantageous.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources is highly regarded.
  • Strong initiative with multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
