GippsDairy is seeking an experienced Executive Administrator
, to provide high-level support to the GippsDairy Board and Regional Manager/Executive Officer, while coordinating corporate events, managing office systems, and contributing to strategic goals.
This is a dynamic and rewarding role for someone who thrives on variety, values precision, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment that supports the Australian dairy industry.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional secretarial support to the GippsDairy Board, including meeting coordination, minute-taking, and compliance reporting.
Support the Regional Manager with diary management, travel bookings, document preparation, and project coordination.
Manage office operations including reception duties, supplies, venue bookings, and event logistics.
Oversee finance tasks such as expense reconciliation, invoice processing, and audit coordination.
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and support data management across the team.
Collaborate with other Executive Assistants across Dairy Australia to align priorities and share best practices.
About you
This role will suit someone who has the following:
Proven experience in executive administration or business support roles.
Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Relevant qualifications in administration, business, or project management (desirable).
