Working within a friendly and dynamic office, this role will allow you to showcase your existing finance administration skills and grow within a successful company.Role ResponsibilitiesBuild a strong working relationship with all stakeholders both internal and externalOversee the rental arrears collection processAssist when necessary with the day to day running of centre rent collectionsComplete the Monthly Rent Roll process (process and issue tenant invoices)Raise monthly chargesProcess workflowsPerform account reconciliationsThe Successful CandidatePrior accounts experience in a retail shopping centre environment or similarGood working knowledge of how to manage and collect rent from tenantsCompetent level of computer proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPointTertiary qualifications in finance or administrationStrong written and verbal communication skillsIf property is your passion, Savills is all about the people behind the property.
