About us

We're a real estate agency based in the heart of CBD. Our rental portfolio is primarily in Melbourne, with some properties across other suburbs within Metropolitan Melbourne. We are expanding, focusing on premium customer service, and seeking like-minded individuals ready for new challenges.

We are looking for an assistant property manager or experienced property manager to join our team in managing our portfolio. The role requires commitment and the ability to manage properties end-to-end.

Qualifications & experience

  • Current Agents Representative Certificate
  • Property/admin experience is a plus
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Committed to a career in Real Estate
  • Mandarin or Cantonese speaking skills are a plus but not essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Inspection Express, and Property Tree is preferable but not mandatory

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 100 - 250 properties, adaptable based on experience
  • Build relationships with tenants and landlords, coordinate repairs and maintenance
  • Conduct routine, entry, exit, private, and open inspections
  • Attend meetings and VCAT as needed
  • Availability to work Saturdays

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
