Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team of Business Managers and Campaign Executives to achieve outstanding results.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to optimize business outcomes.

  • Identify training needs and collaborate with internal stakeholders to fulfill those needs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a sales leadership position within media or advertising.
  • Established connections within the market with pre-existing relationships within agency landscapes.
  • Demonstrated success in a previous sales management role within another prominent media company.
  • Prior OOH experience is highly valued for this position.
