**Pay rate: $1,200 - $1,400 incl. super**

**12 Month contract**

**Location: Brisbane / WFH**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage a comprehensive program plan that includes all activities required to achieve the digital transformation goals, including timelines, budget, resources and dependencies.
- Communicate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment on program goals, progress, and risks.
- Ensure that all program deliverables meet the organization's quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage risks and issues, including identification, assessment, mitigation and escalation as necessary.
- Monitor program performance and report on progress to senior management, highlighting any areas of concern and making recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Build strong relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of the program.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years of experience in program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience managing digital transformation programs, including the implementation of new digital capabilities and processes.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
