Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in creating a seamless and comfortable experience for our dedicated team members **at Mt Buller Ski Resort?**As our **Staff Accommodation Coordinator**, you'll be at the heart of ensuring that our accommodation facilities are not just operational but feel like home.

You've always wanted to do a 'season' on the ski slopes, in this Seasonal Casual position, you will work from the**7th April until after the end of the 2025 Winter season**and we've offboarded our team and closed our accommodation venues, typically until mid
- October each year.

**Your Role**

In this job, you'll oversee the efficient coordination of staff accommodations, ensuring everything from room readiness to fire safety meets our high standards. Your efforts will directly impact the quality of our employees' living experience.

In this role, you will:

- Coordinate the setup and closure of staff accommodations before and after the season.
- Oversee room readiness for new arrivals, ensuring accommodations are clean, equipped, and comfortable.
- Plan and conduct fortnightly inspections to maintain compliance with fire safety and organisational standards.
- Source, distribute, and manage furnishings, equipment, and supplies, keeping within budget and policy.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and property teams to address maintenance issues and ensure living spaces are always operational.
- Manage waste disposal, recycling, and sustainability initiatives in our buildings.
- Train and support lodge managers while conducting their appraisals, rostering, and performance reviews.

You're organised, hands-on, and will thrive in a role that blends accommodation management, staff engagement, and attention to detail. We don't want just anyone to join us though, we're looking for someone who will bring with them

- Experience in accommodation management, facilities, or a similar role.
- Great problem-solving & decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory systems
- People skills, the ability to empathise but be assertive when needed
- The ability to manage timelines and tasks effectively and meet financial requirements
- A general understanding of the importance of fire safety, compliance standards, and sustainability practices.
