The role of Accommodation Manager in our disability services is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead a team of Support Workers in providing person-centred care to residents with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI). You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our SDA facility, including managing roster coordination, liaising with resident families, and providing quality services.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum Certificate IV in Disability qualification">
  • Experience working with individuals with ABI disabilities">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Strong time management and organisational skills">
  • Demonstrated ability to manage critical incidents and escalating situations">
  • Knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)">
