Senior Accommodation Coordinator

As a Senior Accommodation Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional support services to individuals with disabilities.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of Support Workers and contribute to the development of individual support plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading teams of professional Support Workers to provide high-quality support services.
  • Developing and implementing individual support plans that meet the needs of residents.
  • Coordinating daily living supports and ensuring compliance with NDIS requirements.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating team processes and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Driving professional development for staff and self.
  • Providing support and guidance to Support Workers after hours and on weekends.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications in Disability or Community Services.
  • Experience in supported accommodation settings for people with a disability.
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage high-functioning teams.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Solid IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Accountability and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
