Accommodation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accommodation Coordinator. This pivotal role plays a crucial part in creating a seamless and comfortable experience for dedicated team members at a ski resort.

In this Seasonal Casual position, you will work from April until after the end of the Winter season and we have offboarded our team and closed our accommodation venues, typically until mid-October each year.

Your Role:

  • Coordinate the setup and closure of staff accommodations before and after the season.
  • Oversee room readiness for new arrivals, ensuring accommodations are clean, equipped, and comfortable.
  • Plan and conduct fortnightly inspections to maintain compliance with fire safety and organisational standards.
  • Source, distribute, and manage furnishings, equipment, and supplies, keeping within policy.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and property teams to address maintenance issues and ensure living spaces are always operational.
  • Manage waste disposal, recycling, and sustainability initiatives in our buildings.
  • Train and support lodge managers while conducting their appraisals, rostering, and performance reviews.
