The Company;
A leading company in the visa and immigration services industry based in St. Kilda, Melbourne, has an exciting Customer Service / Administration Assistant role.
The Role;
As a Customer Service / Administration Assistant, you will;
- Handling travel documents and procedure requirements.
- Passing on the correct information to clients.
- Communicate with clients over the telephone, written communication and in person.
- Ensure that all administration is complete and resolve any complex problems.
- Reviewing customer order form and checking the accuracy of submitted documents.
- Provide professional service to both internal and external clients.
- Identify and communicate to customers any potential issues.
About you;
- Confident and personable attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good organizational, computer and communication skills
- Well presented.
- Individual contributor.
- Good time management skills
- Ability to build relationships.
- Ability to work with a variety of people.
- Permanent Residents/Australian Citizens only.
